How many people are in a group class?
Classes will range between 6-20 people. The larger the class, the more instructors to help out
Will there be other beginners in my class?
Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help you get you on your way
Will you help me with my Diet & Nutrition?
Not only do we cover nutrition tips in class, you can schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions.
Will your kickboxing class help me tone up?
The combination of cardio, resistance training and proper diet (which we will help you with!) will help you to tone up very quickly.
How many classes per week should I attend?
We have classes throughout the week so the amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members train about 1-3 times per week and see great results.
Why can’t I just do some ‘cardio’ instead of kickboxing?
You absolutely can just do cardio to lose fat BUT you’ll achieve greater results more quickly with our combination of cardio & resistance training. Also, many of our clients have discovered that they enjoy the electric group atmosphere and motivating coaching that goes beyond just running or riding or bike.
Do I need to ‘get in shape’ before I start your classes?
Because we have classes for beginners as well as professionals, you do not need any experience or be in shape in order to get started. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train at their own pace and level.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

At this time, we do not offer supervised areas for children in the studios. Some of our larger studios have unsupervised specified areas for children.
